The owners and operators of Archerfield Airport Corporation (AAC) believe that there is a need to continually improve the level of service it provides to customers and stakeholders. This can be achieved by meeting mutually agreed responsibilities which incorporate safety, security and environment protection obligations.

To assist AAC in meeting your needs in a timely fashion, please report any maintenance concerns to AAC by completing and submitting the Maintenance Request form which can be accessed via the link below.

The maintenance request will be logged in AAC’s new task tracking system which ensures you will receive a response within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). The response will include a target date for attending to the request. If the defect requires urgent attention, please call AAC’s Operations and Technical Officer on 0414 233 903.

Please note that this process does not replace tenants’ lease reporting obligations.
