Insurance Documents

As per your lease agreement, insurance is required. Minimum requirements are Public Liability for all tenancies, please upload your current Certificate of Classification (CoC) to the portal so AAC can save this to our records.

Public Liability Insurance (PLI) $20,000,000.00
All insurance must note the Lessor (Landlord) as an interested party being:
